I am the kind of person who finds something new and obsesses over it until it gets old. Like, I will go weeks, even months, eating the same exact 3 meals over and over again until I finally reach the point of being like dear god if I see one more ground turkey burrito bowl I might die.
This year I have been more conscious of the ingredients in the foods I buy (ex: going for the items that may be a couple bucks extra but don't have all the yucky chemicals in them) as well as trying my best to be more mindful of the environment (ex: bringing my own produce bags, trying to buy items with less packaging, you catch my drift.)
Currently, these are my staple food items that I can't walk out of the grocery store without. (BTW I find all of these items at my local Pavilions)
