About
I am a young woman who is deeply rooted in fitness and wellness. Having lived my entire life to reflect this love and passion, I find it frustrating to see so many fitness related scams and trends in the industry today. My message is simple: results require work. This isn't meant to be intimidating or daunting. You are very capable of achieving your goals. Something I value dearly is the power of routine and discipline. It strengthens you in more ways than one. For those looking to transform their lives in the best way possible, I suggest you start first by looking within. Have you created healthy habits? Who do you surround yourself with? What are your goals? What do you need to do to achieve them? My goal is to share my knowledge and experience with you so that you will feel in charge of your health and happiness.
Here is my "Why:"
I grew up in sunny Southern California in a family who valued health and wellness. I can't remember a time in my childhood where I wasn't involved in at least one sport. With a body builder father and physique competitor mother, one could imagine how highly prioritized exercise and nutrition were in my family. This is something that I took for granted most of my life, as it wasn't until after graduating college that I fully came to the realization that this is not a standard upbringing. Because of the environment I was raised in, I valued sport, health, fitness, strength, endurance, competition, movement, mental toughness, and self-care. My mindset was completely molded by these things.
I found happiness in living a healthy lifestyle because the relationship between mind and body is symbiotic. When I consistently care for my body, my mind remains clear and focused. Staying the course is a cognitive choice each and every day. However, I also believe in the importance of balance and allowing yourself to indulge in moderation. Using the knowledge I gained from coaches, trainers, and schooling, I was able to create a sustainable lifestyle and training style that made me feel like a bad ass.
In a world where judgement and comparisons run rampant, I hope my content helps guide you on your individual fitness journey to build a strong mind, body, and spirit, to inspire you to love yourself, and to take charge of your health.
